Repairs:
In Warranty:
All FreQ custom purchases include a 1 year warranty on all defective
internal shell components, FreQ craftsmanship of the outer shell and
cord. Also included is a 30 day fitting guarantee. Things that are not
covered under this warranty include, but are not limited to; non-FreQ
repairs, tampering of any kind, misuse, negligence, acts of God,
normal wear and tear, damage beyond repair or loss. In the event a
repair is needed, you will need to contact our customer service
department and notify the agent of your specific problem and they will
instruct you on how to get the product back to us for its makeover.
Standard USPS shipping is included. Faster methods of shipping are
available for an additional charge.
All warranties start
from the date of shipping.
Out of Warranty:
In the event that you need a repair and are NOT covered under a
warranty, you must call our toll free line and speak with one of our
agents to assess the damage and obtain a verbal quote. Buyer will be
responsible for all shipping costs.
Returns:
We continue to talk about the FreQ being a custom product. So this
makes returns a little different. In the event you are truly
dissatisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 days, from the date
of purchase, to return your product for a full refund less 10% of your
product sales price due to wasted materials that cannot be reused.
Your money will be credited back to the original card that was used
for your purchase within 4 business days of the day we receive the
product from you. In order to receive a full refund, the product must
be in the same condition as it was when it left our facility with all
of the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs
and proper packaging to protect the merchandise.

Loss or Damage Beyond Repair Coverage:
In the event you are covered under our L & D plan, you must contact
our toll free number and speak with an agent to assist you with your
needs. They will walk you through the process of getting you taken
care of as quickly as possible.
Domestic and International Shipping:
On all orders placed inside or outside of the United States, the
customer is responsible for all shipping charges. This would include
the shipping of impressions, final product, repairs, adjustments ect...
At this point, we are only using major carriers
for all deliveries leaving The FreQ headquarters. We have had numerous
problems with USPS in the past and we believe that it is worth the few
extra dollars to insure the product's safe delivery and have the
advantages of their tracking abilities.
All shipping costs are calculated during
checkout for all new sales. In the event that you have sent your pair
of FreQs to us for a repair, adjustment or alteration, you must
contact The FreQ customer service to calculate the shipping charges
that you will incur.
Any time you are sending your FreQs back to us
for any reason whatsoever, we strongly recommend that you pay for the
insurance and possibly signature required. We are not responsible for
your set while they are in travel. In the event you product is
damaged, lost or delayed in transit, we are not responsible. We only
take ownership of your set once they have been received by us and in
the condition that we were expecting it to be in. All returns, repairs
or adjustments require an RMA (Return Authorization Number) prior to
send them in to us.
