When we say 100% custom, we mean 100% custom. We use a molded impression of your inner ear and make each and every pair specific to you. This impression allows us to make your inner ear the starting point. From there, we continue the custom process.

First you will pick the model that best suits your lifestyle and budget. Then, you will select the color of the outer FreQ, then the inner FreQ and lastly the cord.

Sound:
Having a complete seal of your ear and ear canal allows you to achieve true dynamic sound reproduction. The fit makes all the difference in the world. You will not believe how much better the things you are listening to are going to sound. You wont just listen to your music anymore you will feel it

Quiet:
The FreQ produces 26db (decibels) of sound isolation. Translated, it means that The FreQ is a natural noise cancellation earpiece. While you are listening to something, you will be blocking out the majority of everyday sounds. You can quietly tune out unwanted distractions and allow yourself a little one-on-one time with your music.

Comfort:
Having a customized earpiece that is unique to you and your ears makes all the difference in the world. Your ears are completely unique. Why should your headphone be any different? Seeing how we use an impression of your inner ear, the device is tailored specifically for you and you only. True comfort at last. If we don’t have a replica or impression of your ear to start with, then we don’t have a product to sell you. Like we mentioned above, this is a custom product and it is designed around each and every contour of your ear only. In order to get this impression, you have two options. 

1)             You can go to a professional. Either an Audiologist or a Hearing Aid Specialist can take an impression for you for an average cost ranging from $10-$50 per ear. We have found that Hearing Aid Specialists generally have the more reasonable rates. 

2)             Your second option is to opt for our in-home kit. This kit does require the acceptance of our waiver and will cost you $15 plus shipping. When used properly, this kit will give you professional results. It does require the use of a second person and cannot be used alone.
